Cavers Mains Temporary Camp

Marching or Temporary Camp

Cavers Camp lies ¾-mile south of the camp at Denholm, on a 500 ft. ridge high above the River Teviot. At least half of this camp has been recorded, the eastern angle and attached lengths of the adjacent sides were reported by Professor St. Joseph in 1965 and the northern angle in 1969. The south-west side is unrecorded so the exact size of the camp remains unknown.
