Polmonthill Temporary Camp
Marching or Temporary Camp
Recorded on aerial photographs taken in the 1945, the eastern camp was identified from its rounded south-west corner-angle and lengths of the adjacent sides; there were faint traces of a gateway in the southern defences. Almost the entire outline was later recorded on A.P.’s taken in 1964.
